fitness test

Post by Evasura »

Fitness check with a tall chair: sit on a tall chair; try to reach a friend in front of you to tell him/her something. Loss of balance will do the rest, if you manage to crawl back on the chair in less than two minutes without having broken anything or any gr8 pains, congratulations, you are fit! don't worry about the rest of the pub staring at you :D

If it makes you feel any better I fell about a year about and crashed into a shelf and fell on the floor. I triped over the chair next to mine. I crashed into the shelf....oh the pain. I had to stand up and go....Oops! if the bookshelf hadn't been nailed to the wall I'd have killed 4 or 5 people because I hit the bookshelf so hard that it would ahve fallen down on top of them.
