Hi guys as you all know it's very hard to try and remember things and sometimes gets really frustrating!!
Is there a way/technique that you use to help your memory?

Couple of ideas I use:
- Send emails to myself
- draft a text but don't send so that stays at top oosition in phone unread
- have a smallwhite board at home.
