Dealing with energy levels and tiredness

Post by Charlo89 »

Has anyone suffered from 5 days of fatigue and exhaustion after partaking in any kind of sport? I've had my iron levels checked and they came back good. I also take an iron supplement.

It usually takes me 5 days to recover mentally and physically to partake in normal activity but it is frustrating and concerning for me. And I was wondering if anyone has any advice how to deal with the after effects and what can be done to avoid it happening.

Regards

yes but it might not be down to dyspraxia. There are a ton of things that can cause this.
Physical exertion wipes me out and causes serious joint and muscle pain on top, I suspect this is my Hashimoto´s, but we suspect something else is going on.
There are a lot of other autoimmune diseases which also have exhaustion as a symptom as well as things like vitamin D deficiency, low B12 and iron. They would need to be checked for by your GP
