Does Anyone Find It Difficult To Restore Equilibrium After Stressfull Events?
I find it difficult, i.e. a lot of energy and time consuming to restore equilibrium after stressful events and therefore I am somewhat phobic of email, texts, mail, etc. especially if I am at my max with regard to stress capacity. Anyone else experience this?

Yes in the sense I find I remain stressed in situations where I'm upset or annoyed (as likely with myself) and should really let things go. I tend to often keep r evisiting why things had not gone the way they should have. I get stressed when I lose important things or because other people have caused me sresss/annoyance.
When framed positively dogged determination and persistence can b e an asset too.
