Cerebrum issues

I have started doing DNS Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization. My chiropractor has noticed that I am having cerebrum issues. How do I go about cerebrum issues

Please define what is meant by Cerebrum issues???

Pretty sure they mean Cerebellum, as that is what allows us to breathe and balance. Cerebrum is more short-term memory.

Could be that too, although that's as general as saying it is neurological, so I assumed the query was more granular. :)
