The Dore program is prohibitively expensive. I have also heard of Brain Gym/Educational Kinesiology which from what I understand seems to be based on a similar theory (ie lots of exercises to boost coordination). However, unlike Dore, all is required is a couple of textbooks.
As I'm not based in the UK right now, I can't get hold of these books. However, I would like to hear from anyone who has experience and/or further information on these topics.
Anyone with Experience of Brain Gym / Educat. Kinesiology?
