I’m new

Post by Caseyjane »

\:D/ hi everyone!
I came across this site googling information... im a criminology and sociology student and I’ve just found out I’m dyspraxic and dyslexic.
It would be nice to meet other people who also understand what it’s like to be an adult with both specific learning difficulties as the university are referring to it...

Hi Casey, when I was at uni a few years back I was unaware that I might have dyspraxia (still don't. Need a diagnosis) so it's a good start that your university are aware and I'm sure that they will have things in place to make the academic side more comfortable for you. Please remember that if you feel that you may have underperformed anything while studying, there is always the personal extenuating circumstances route that you can explore.
