Hello,
I'm Simon from Belgium and I joined this forum because there isn't a decent one in my country/language.
English isn't my first language but i'll do my best understanding and expressing myself.
I'm a 31year old man and have been diagnosed recently. (june)
What I hope to gain by joining this forum is receiving and donating tips for coping with dyspraxia.
I can drive a car, got my license when I was 27.
I have a girlfriend since 13years now.
I can do pretty much everything if I really want to, but it costs me a lot more time then a "normal" person.
so I have a tendency of wanting todo to much and wearing myself down wich leads to burnout, depression like symptoms.
Already read a couple of things and will be posting more in the near future.

Hi simon
Welcome and glad you've found us. Where in Belgium are you from?
Not sure how to phase it adequately but do understand what you mean by things 'rarely seeming to live up to expectations and having to be quite careful'

Re: Hi everyone
I'm from the flemish speaking part, 20min from brussels.
The city Leuven, where Stella Artois is brewed
I'm currently reading the "you know you're dyspraxic when" thread, got to page 14 and making notes as things come to mind.
A lot of things very recognizable
Will post a reply when I've read all 24 pages.
