hi,my name is caz & i was tested back in june and was informed i have modarate dyspraxia,which once i found out,it made a lot things fall into place .....and at 42 its helped me realise im not stupid or strange
look forward to meeting new folk & gettin new info and tips

i should have added more info about myself...i found child hood very difficult and never felt like i fitted in,even now i find it difficult,i suffer more from the emotional side of dyspraxia,which i find draining ,i also find learning and following simple instruction difficult too...sometimes i just stand there looking blank,but lucky i have a sence of humor and do laugh about it,but on other days i wanna cry and hide from folk coz i feel so stupid and not good enough ,so im hoping to make friend,get advice and learn more & hopfully support other folk too

I understand where you are comming from about the emotion side of dysprxicia - my issues with dyspraxicia are much more with the mental and emotional difculties of dyspraxicia.
Its good that you can laugh about it - thats somthing that can really help.
