Does anyone suffering from dyspraxia also suffer from a wheat intolerence/ suffer from digestion problems or indigestion?

Ive tryed lots of things to help me in the past but with me being gluten free it surprising how difficult it is most things you pick up for this all have gluten in (typical) With my stomach problems

However through research and through word of mouth i finally found golden linseed which you just put on your cereal or other food in the morning which i found is really good. You can find this in most big supermarkets on the gluten free range or in Holland and barrats.

I only use it once a day and it one of the best things ive tried although its about £4.50 a box it lasts quite a while.
