Hi

Am Neal from West Yorkshire, I have verbal and developmental dyspraxia. I couldn’t talk until I was six years of age, was luck to attend a speech and language specialist school to receive intense speech therapy along schooling.
I attended university 3 times have BSC hon’s in human biology and CERT HE in assistant Practitioner (healthcare).
My first job was in the family trade of tree surgery, then catering jobs and now work for the national health service in large A&e dept which is also a Major trauma centre.
I have a family, hobbies include cycling kayaking and drinking a good ale

Hi Neal and a v warm welcome. Glad you've found us.

We've had a guy who worked in tree surgery here before, Dyspraxia chainsaws and climbing trees seems like a crazy idea to myself, but we don't tend to fit a mould!

I too enjoy a good ale, though I was heckled by a comedian for drinking lager whilst wearing a Hobgoblin T shirt on Wednesday. My defence was/is that the pub is due to close and the 'wee that is Carling' was all that they had left on draught. My brother saved me by getting me a bottle of Proper Job.

You're welcome. I've not climbed a tree for some years but I am getting on. I'm definitely staying from chainsaws!
