If your University or College has Student or Disability Services, I suggest you ask them for advice. However, it is only likely that you will get help (eg equipment or 'reasonable adjustments') on your course if you have been formally assessed as having dyspraxia. In the UK, this would involve getting an assessment from a psychologist who is recognised by the British Psychological Society. I am sure there must be a similar organisation in Ireland for you to contact about getting assessed. Without a formal diagnosis, it is unlikely you will get recognition of and support for your dyspraxia (as I discovered when I returned to complete my PGCE).
