Getting ink over hand and little finger when using pens

Post by lizzie1991 »

Can anyone else relate to the following?

OK since I've been school age when I have been using pens, felt tip pens, crayons etc, I have almost always covered my left little finger in the ink, many times I have also smudged writing as I've gone along.

Presentation is not a strong point of mine either. I need to take extra care.and not rush and that is doubly difficult at times.

I think sometimes we can become over critical of ourselves taking on every criticism we've ever had directed at ourselves including things we don't like about the way we are and using them as sticks to beat ourselves. Sadly this ramps up our anxiety levels.and not something we can necessarily change quickly or easily.

Please be kinder to yourself in 2018 x
