LYING FLAT

Post by joy »

Anyone have problems with lying flat,I have to have at least three pillows when lying in bed and so does my son ,He has recently started bench work in the gym recently and when he first stood up from lying flat on the bench he felt slightly dis orientated at first but now as he has been doing this for a while he says its a lot better now.I also if I go to the dentist I have to sit in the chair semi sitting up I cannot lie down completely flat as it would make me light-headed and off balance.

The only problem I get when lying flat on my back is that when I try to sit up my lower back goes into spasm and its painful to get up so takes me about 2-3 minutes at least to actually be able to stand.

Hope this helps in any way :)
