Scard to express myself
I am scared to express myself to my parents, I don't know why but I get embarrassed. Can anyone please help me.

There is always a reason for things like this somewhere, you just need to do a bit of thinking and soul searching.
Is it only to your parents or to people in general aswell? Is it only about certain issues or just about anything?
Although it could be an age thing I was quite similar when I was a teenager but I grew out of it eventually.

I understand your situation, I am like this to my parents and have been for ages.
I dident really know about it untill more recently and began to realise that it was beceuse I don't really conect or have a close realtionship to them - we are compleatly diffrent for many reasons and also beceuse of dyspraxicia and them not understanding etc.
What is your relationship like with your parents - this is the first thing to ask and think about as this is probably the reason.
Are you scared / can't express yourself to others or is it just with your parents.

Hi there....That's such a hard situation to be in and with it being your parents too. Opening up and saying things can make things so much better, but it's finding the right way and time. I found my teenage years a nightmare and to come out with stuff to my parents and still do with worrying over how they would react. It got me down and upset because there were lots of problems and issues and that was tough. so hang in there and stay strong
