Thats the thing iam now so used to women knocking me back iam starting to wonder will I ever meet the right person what i dont what in 10 yrs time when iam 30 to be sat in my flat alone with no whife and kids iam just really hoping that this year i will meeet someone. What i dont understand is mate that women go for blokes with no personallty dress like they have just come out of a morgue and i look at some couples and i think what has he got that we havnt but i guess they must have somthing even though i cant see what they have

Indeed. As I said to you in the "Girlfriends" thread, despite saying they don't go in for the concieted and arrogant men in this cruel world they have to swin through gallons of their own drool to get to them and end up drowning other women who want them too.

But don't even get me started on soaps (though I have covered it in the Girlfriends thread).

I saw Thursday nights Emmerdale and one of the newer characters who works up at a big house occupied by the newest characters as a gamekeeper plucked up the courage to ask a girl out in the Woolpack pub who works with him at the house in the stables and she said yes straight away. That, I am afraid to say, just doesn't seem to happen as quick as it does on soaps. If that was real-life she would have said either she was busy or she is a colleague and that is wrong, and may have asked her employers to have a quiet word with him to one side.

I've thought long and hard of how i can reply to this one mate first of all yes your right it is very rare if not not realistic that a girl would say yes stright away if you have only known them for 5 mins unless within that 5 min period you completely swept the women off her feet but that is soaps for you sometimes showing things that proberly would never happen in real life I have to say though as you may have already read earlier i've known a girl called Vanessa and regreated it for months because i did not ask her out on a date and i blew me chance last time this time however after fineally getting some courege with a little help from me work mates i built up the courege and asked her out for a drink after making her laugh she said yes apprantly all my mates went out a couple of nights ago and one of me mates said that venessa had missed me while she had been at uni but iam keeping my fingers crossed for you mate dont ever give up you will do it in the end i cant think of what else to say apart from you must keep trying you will do it and you wont die without a girlfriend
