Discord voice chat channel for dyspraxics to practise conversational skills

Postby manperson » Sat Mar 17, 2018 10:04 pm

Would anybody here be interested in a channel like this? A non-judgemental place where you can chat with other dyspraxics through your microphone and practise holding conversations. I can start the channel if enough people are interested.

Sounds interesting to me. I know a lot of people use Discord, although I haven't yet. I'm a bit old school in terms of Internet culture, so I remember Teamspeak, Ventrilo and stuff like that for microphone stuff. Still, Discord does seem preferred these days. You probably won't get replies here super fast though, I warn you. :)

I am not that much of a "discord-type-guy", but that would be pretty nice if you ask me. I might very well join if you do it, I have never met/speaked to "a fellow" and always felt alone with no relatable one.

Lol yeah I remember Teamspeak and Ventrilo. Been practically living on the internet for most of my life. If more people express interest we can get a server going.

I'm sure more people will come :) I'm posting about starting a Discord server everywhere.
