Friends Reunited

Post by Creative »

I found someone I used to go to college with about 3 years ago on Friends Reunited. I wasn't sure if I should send them a message to say hello. I used to go out with their brother a while ago.

I have caught up with quite a few friends using friends re-united. It is worth giving your friend an email to say hello....

Do you think so? We weren't really good friends. But I'm not in touch with anyone who went to my college and I would like to know how he is getting on.

My experience of friends re-united is that I exchange a few emails and in some cases phone calls.... With the people I used to know fairy well I have kept in touch with and those who are more aquaintences I email once in a blue moon to see how they are doing.... it nice just to catch up with what each other are doing!

Well I've sent a message to say hello. I will let you know if I hear from him. I'm not sure if I will as he may not have a computer at home and he may have registered ages ago.

I got in touch with as many pals as I could. most were idiots who still had no patience for me.. but some were good & have become good pals.. the worst that can happen is you say good bye again (or yell "I never bloody want to see you again!!!" heh heh) .. best that can happen is you gain a new friend again for the second time. *S* I'm so glad I got in touch with them all or I'd still be wondering...

A girl I went to school with I actually know well because her dad and my parents all ran in the 80's at my towns Harriers (athletics club) when the club was a decent local club. Her dad and my num met a few weeks ago in town and he said her daughters still talk about me. So obviously they must have been maybe fond of me, even though being like 6 or 7 I was too young to be aware about what feelings and emotions girls my age are currently having for me. I was totally ignorant (but not in a bad way - in an innocent way). I still don't. If a girl flirted with me I wouldn't know that she was. Even if I did I wouldn't know how to respond to that. I would end up asking myself non-stop questions. Do just sit and take it or do I do someting myself? What could I do to her, if anything, that she would respond positively to herself without it being so bad she slaps me in the face? When is the right time? What signs does a girl give off that she is the type that likes being flirted with. Pointless and nonsensical anyway. It is only for raving nymphomaniacs anyway.

So imagine my surprise when I saw her profile on Freinds Reunited. So later this morning I sent a mail asking her to get in touch with me on my email to talk about what each other are doing. If she does, and I hope she does, I am going in for the kill. I intend to ask her if any of her sisters like me "in that way".
