How I feel is my diagnosis seems pointless at times. It hasn't really changed anything and because of its 'invisible' nature it's not even something I really tell people or work... nothing would change. However, I am very glad to have the explanation there - miles better than being frustrated not ha...

I haven't look at the link yet, but did wonder myself if the strong reliance on timing that video games need (got to jump that ledge at that exact position, etc.) helps with timing in real life. Makes you not alert, to react quicker or something. Can't say for sure... but could help?!
