Hi I got the report back from my formal assessment today. It went through all the different tests with a bit on how i did on each one, and said what specific areas all of my problems are in. I got my exam results this weekend for the first semester. Even though they were much lower than i wanted to get, (i was aiming for a 70 ish as i got in 1st and 2nd yr), but the exams did not go well and i was convinced i'd failed everything.
