Without knowing more it would be wrong to apportion cause or blame to any one factor and I suspect there is no easy way to banish the cause of your tiredness and stress?

I'd agree with Jim in that it is a good idea to take a break. I find that I do put a lot of pressure on myself through my attempts at finding love and that this is sadly counterproductive.
