my technique is to as i'm walking and i'm generally having a bad balance day is to run my fingers on the wall as i'm walking. i call it "earthing myself" and it really helps

Welcome to the forum Freefall. How do you feel dyspraxia isolates you? Is it through making communication and socialising more problematic. Please share your experiences with the group. it's just the fact ok here's an example i work shifts in an office of over 100 people anmd i can't remmeber names...

in my office i'm so clumsy that it's generally mentioned...somethime the fact that it is, is more frustrarating that having this problem
