Re: Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD)

People that has fibro some reacts to spd a lot, to a point of physical fatigue and even hospitalised cuz of reactions through out the body. So I can say it's probably a disorder in its own, and it possibly fits between or middle of the spectrum chart for dcd and asd plus fibro ,can soak in symptoms ...

Re: Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD)

What I do to ease situation's even though I'm ongoing social anxiety a lot as to others on here .is to meditate or practise taichi qigong perhaps. It will help your focusing intentions and calmness, so u can at least relax and not be intense 24 hours a day. Tea does help to, less coffee. And practis...

Re: Dyspraxic struggling to find a relationship.

I noticed I or others as well can relate to this, but you suck your self in to future tense mode after a little while dating rather then present. Like having a conversation in now instead drifting off to rainbows and lollipops lands. I figure that's why at times one is clueless to hints or getting r...

Re: Not coping at all

HI I just want to let u know, that it can be done, but hard road to push limits or boudaries for us, and we do tend to get more harsher on our selves, for we can be a damn good critic in our heads and jinx the moment we notice our symptoms flaring up. if one has anxiety or depression on top of dyspr...

Re: Repetition in your head

I am not an expert in this field of course though, but it seems your not the only one who is curious on this topic. Tom probably knows way more about symptoms f...

I am a deckhand on board marine transportation boats/vessel. I'm of work to get my confidents up again for I ran into bs at work. But love the job, keeps my brain activated for I have to drive the damn thing in all weathers. So it can be intense when captain is breathing down your neck cuz your his ...

Re: Helpful Technology for Dyspraxia

Dyspraxia could also branch out to other Niro disorders also, it's common for in the spactrum the two major parents of Nirological disorders is dcd and asd and both can have simular properties but they say dcd is more complexed, for are brain does not shut off or find it hard to rest majority of the...

Re: trying to help my dyspraxic brother

Sounds to me your brother is trying to hide the fact he is less confident, or thinks he is not by drinking to ensure himself he is. In other words not shy of his thoughts or opinions cuz of dyspraxia every time drinking comes into play, he is hurting and in emotional distress cuz of being a critic i...

Re: DOES ANY SLEEP A LOT LIKE 14 HOURS

Went to specialist and they prescribed me all kinds of meds after I finally reached out for help, my biggest fear actually cuz they don't work and my short term memory is kinda getting messed; and my specialist only can see me once few month or so i...

Re: Trying to predict the future

All I can say is let her have freedom but yet push her boundaries a bit more harder to learn trice as much as others with out causing tons of stress. Stress kills are way of processing more then others who does not have dyspraxia, it's insane how much we pick up on it, in our selves and around us. r...
