When you have to use a satnav to get to work every morning and STILL miss a turning. When you catch your wrist on the door handle and bend it backwards, if it's not that, shoulder to the doorhandle. I use kindle on my phone and found the black screen with white writing is the best for me. (as well as the brightness being on the lowest setting and having my phone set to 'eye comfort' setting.

Hey, I just found this today in an attempt to find strategies to help. I was unofficially diagnosed at 7 but it was the 90s and the ed psych wasn't able to diagnose. All she could say was I wasn't dyslexic (I didn't find out I had an assessment until I was diagnosed and my mum was like... yeah I ...

I'm an employability coach for those with learning difficulties. Nearly all of our team have their own learning/processing difficulties.
My previous teaching job in a special school was a lot less supportive! - They didn't even know what dyspraxia was.
