Record the lecture on your phone (or a dictaphone back in my day) and transcribe from the recording in your own time. Making written notes during lectures was a complete non starter for me!

I'm in the same boat too. I did ask a GP about some things I was struggling with, before it had occurred to me that I might be dyspraxic, and he said that I was probably dyspraxic he could make a referral to an OT for a diagnosis but that it would take a long time and as an adult there was nothing ...

When I was completely self-employed as a web developer (I'm now 50/50 with an IT role) I found forward planning and time management the hardest thing, I think this was probably a symptom of dyspraxia. It does give you the space to work in your own time and way in the way that a conventional job ...
