Re: I keep drifting into the hedge when driving

It's a driving school car. Yes I am in the UK and it's always to the left.
My instructor started asking whether I've had my eyes tested.
My left eye is dodgy, yes I'll admit but my right does all the work.

Re: driving lesson trouble!!!!!!

I have been trying for 2 years. Compared to some of you, I got diagnosed early. I can't stay in a straight line, and my instructor says everyone does that. She says I'm ready for my test and my theory.
I'm really not and I'm probably going to go to prison for murder the day after I pass my test.

Crimping hair

I never was any good at make up or hair, so I gave up on make up, but the hair I persisted at. If I'm looking in a mirror, while doing it, it gets really complicated. So I just do it without and it's much easier.
Anyone else have this problem?

Re: Should I tell a potential employer?

Hi.
I thought about it some more today and since the application form for the job is likely to have 'Do you have a disability?' I'm going to be honest and say yes.

Should I tell a potential employer?

I got diagnosed a few days ago. I am unemployed and am looking for work. I am very borderline so it's not noticeable to anyone, apart from slightly my speech and learning time. My mum has said not to tell any employer and my dad has said to speak to the jobcentre about it and see what they suggest. ...

Re: I need advice

I want to run a nursery/pre school. That's what I was going to do before yesterday and I've had this condition all my life so I don't see why a label should stop me. I think I have to be level 4 to do it and also need the money to start it. I need to be able to drive and that's proving difficult. Be...

Re: I need advice

Hi
Thanks for the advice. I got diagnosed this morning so up until now it has been me not being capable.
Also going though college killed my confidence and self esteem.
I looked into how to get my own business and it seems quite simple but it's the worry of having to be a higher level to do it or not.

I need advice

If I want to get to run my own business one day, I need to go to Uni at some point. At college I was bullied by the actual teachers because they didn't understand me and the less said about the students the better. I know I have to go to uni at some point but I'm just too scared to. I'm worried I'm ...
