While I'm a pacifist and I don't have a problem with anger management, there are rare times when I can get really angry and upset. I end up punching walls because while i might break something in me, it's quite satistfying to hit something harder than yourself. I can't explain but the release of ...

Come to think of it, I don't think I get it as badly as you guys but then I can remember pleanty of times in a noisy environment (esp nightclubs) where I've had to ask someone to repeat themselves. I just think that I just have bad hearing though, and I've spent a lot of my time in clubs with my ...

I'm not sure if you have any other film students on the forum but I've found my opinion of what films are good and what are bad has transformed quite a lot in the 3 years I've been studying film (both at college and uni). Before that I could rank the 'leave brain at door' style action film as one of ...

I used to play violin and viola (badly) but gave them up at school.

I'm trying to be a drummer this summer for a tribute band but it's not likely to go well, sadly.

I got the whole I'm 'too clever' to have a disability. Others would look resentfully at me in exams too when i get the extra time only not using it and leaving with them because i'd done it all double checked and sat counting the ceiling tiles for half an hour. My mate has the best T-shirt relating ...

I read your post Nicky and pretty much your sentiments and history echo mine exactly. It's comforting to know that others had to deal with the same stuff as I did. I'm at Manchester Metropolitan but I don't get any help for my Dyspraxia (personal choice). As a similar thing, I'm not quite sure of ...

You guys have phobias that are so normal! I'm afraid of very little nowadays because of the whole skydiving SCUBA thing. If anything, when I know I am doing something I percieve to be risky nowadays if you give me a few seconds to nervously laugh it out then I'm ok. HAving said that, I do have an ...
