I recommend disclosing to your university even if you just go to the disability service department during freshers or any time, this will allow you to receive extra support if needed. I have trained and volunteer as an Advanced First Aider what is a lot higher as First Aid at Work. Know doing my Nurse Training.
It took me a bit longer to train and work out especially as at the time I had no diagnosis. Perservance is key.

I am currently 50% in university and 50% in Hospital (NHS)
Some of the hospital seems quite supportive but others seem like they don't really care.
I am lucky as I am still at Uni that the uni provides support whilst at the hospital.
