Dyspraxic Adults

I'm often exhausted when I come home from work too. I'm fortunate at the moment to live with my parents who cook dinner for me, because I rarely have the energy to do anything that requires standing up until after I've eaten!

Honestly, last time it snowed I didn't manage. I had to ask people for a hand which was embarrasing. This time thankfully the snow has been washed away by rain so no icey stage. I'm seriously considering investing in a pair of walking boots with proper grippy soles for the next time it snows though.

I had a lot of OT when I was younger (around 5-11 years) which my Mum arranged. Whilst I believe they did help with me with things like writing and using cutlery I absolutely hated going and am still mentally traumatised from the appointments.

Yes and yes! Re zips I've broken zips on several bags, had to get shopkeepers help me out when I wanted to buy something and couldn't get my purse out because I'd jammed the zip. Don't wear coats with zips any more so thankfully no issues there, just buttons that fall off which I have to ask my Mum ...
