Re: Employee of the Month.

So my option is cleaning out toilets for a living, or be on benefits for the rest of my life. What a great life, I must lead. The lowest paid in the factory while everyone looks down to me.

Re: Will Britain be able to make a sucess of Brexit?

No. Brexit was based of lies from both sides. If we crash out on a No Deal, it takes ages to form a trade deal with countries, we're only signing new trade deals at the moment because of the EU.

Our economy has lost more than what the money to the EU costs.

Re: Employee of the Month.

I asked for training for autism, didn't get, said that they didn't have the time. But, I've managed to convince work that the person with autism, should only be allowed a hour a day with me, because she would just be following me around, doing nothing, she's not allowed to do any heavy lifting, or u...

Re: Employee of the Month.

I'm past caring to be quite honest. I don't care anymore. They've also given me a job next of supervising someone on a work experience, who has autism, i have no experience with dealing people with autism or supervising.

Re: Employee of the Month.

So, I'm still at this terrible job, I hate every moment of it, and I don't want to be here another second. I would rather be unemployed, and I really mean that. I was on holiday for a month, including the Christmas holidays, and when I had come back, the other cleaner had been sacked and nobody had ...

Re: Employee of the Month.

I just can't win at this place. Im giving machinery what doesn't work, they ignore problems when you report them. Ive looked for other jobs in my area, most of them are agency, zero hours and with my lack of qualifications, I doubt any company will ever take me on.

Re: Employee of the Month.

She was off again today, but is rumoured to coming back tomorrow, but she will leave if something upsets her. Actually, she was told off because she was taking holidays off without telling anyone, and she only works part-time, doesn't do any work to start with. She's lazy, and I have to pick up what...

Re: Employee of the Month.

No, what I'm saying, is that my last job paid more, which means I've downgraded a job just to clean toilets.

Re: Employee of the Month.

And, I probably won't find anything else, so I'll be stuck in this job. I'm actually past caring now. It's low pay. I've downgraded a wage, where I'm earning two pound a hour a less.

Re: Employee of the Month.

I was supposed to be an industrial cleaner, not a toilet cleaner. They never said that I would have clean the toilets or smoking shelter. The bike shed only got added a few weeks ago.

Re: Employee of the Month.

Most of it is agency work, and I really haven't got the energy to job search or have interviews. The other cleaner is constantly off, meaning that I have to do her job as well mine. I never went to the company to clean toilets out, I think it's degrading. I have to clean the smoking shelter out, don...
