It's to save money.
They hired too many people, then offered them a higher bonus, and then found out, that they don't have the money to give everyone a bonus, so they're figuring out ways to punish people.

This company has gone either further downhill. They are threatening to give warnings out, if you don't do overtime, when they ask, and if you refuse to do the overtime, you lose a bonus for the full year, it's a way to save money. The doctors just keep giving me tablets, and then podiatry appoinment, which is always two weeks after the tablets have stopped, and the infection has come back.

Every day. I've felt like this since I was sixteen. I've had over ten jobs, never spent more than a year at them. I failed in school, college and everything else.

Dyson has moved its HQ to Singapore, due to the mess of Brexit and trade deals talk, so we're going to miss out on that tax money from that company.

No. Brexit was based of lies from both sides. If we crash out on a No Deal, it takes ages to form a trade deal with countries, we're only signing new trade deals at the moment because of the EU.
