I have had all 3 all my life and because of this have ended up addicted to sleeping tablets its the only way i can get some rest nice to know im not the only one though lol

Does anyone find that they are more exhausted than other people after exercise? Other people I know seem to be able to bounce back pretty quickly but I am floored for about 2 days after it despite have a decent fitness level. Am I the only person here who's cautious about answering the telephone? Especially if I don't recognise the number which is most of the time. Yes i do i thought i was the only one it gets even worse when im stressed id love to know what it is
