I'm trying to find some resources to help me understand and adjust to my dyspraxia diagnosis (I only got diagnosed as an adult). Yes, I get this frequently in certain situations where I'm in close proximity to someone, the optician, doctor, dentist, for me its whenever I'm physically very close to someone that I don't know that well. I do wonder whether its an anxiety thing

Yes, there's lots of trial and error with this role, and two dietitians assessing the same patient may well come up with two very different plans, but both would be right, so long as they justified their plans.
