Re: Dyspraxia and Life Magazine launches today

I wrote one of the articles! :) Not sure if Pete's stuck it up there yet, but him and I are trying to get a podcast together too. If anybody here is interested in that, let me know.

Re: seizures/epilepsy

I do not know BUT the core component of dyspraxia/DCD is coordination by the brain of all our bodily activity. So I assume that can affect any part of our behaviour, such as speech,, movement, concentration, etc.,, etc.. However DCD is life long so although we might only make discoveries after many...

I think this is a fantastic idea.
Although I won't participate due to lack of time and confidence, I really hope you manage to set something up.
You don't have to use microphone on Discord - you can just type if you have lower confidence.

What do you mean, Tom?! You're corrupting my mind with these un-Christian practices! :P

Re: I'm not flirting, I'm just bubbly

Please bear in mind that a lot of the time, when guys say to girls that they think the girl is flirting, they're only saying that to try and initiate a relationship.

Re: Fun question

I used to play with a really old AMSTRAD. It had 4.7mhz of processing power and over a KILOBYTE of MEMORY! :P My Prime Number program reached 32,000 on the Amstrad in 2 days, whilst the C++ program I wrote on my modern desktop reached 55,000 in 2 SECONDS. They're deprecated but extremely entertainin...

Re: No one finds a romantic connection with me

I feel for you all fellas. I'm 26. The only "relationship" I had was 6 years ago, and was extremely abusive and toxic. One year ago, I also had to face the fact that the one girl I was having a crush on wasn't in love with me (or not anymore) and was a sick person. Since then, knowing that we aren'...

Re: What are you working on?

Dan, I am also (slowly!) trying to learn to code. I'm following a book for C, and also have a book for Python lined up. I've done a fair bit of research of different areas and have spent a lot of time 'hopping between' different languages that I think are best to start first! I would honestly recom...

Me too. I'm not attractive and am only 5"7, so yeah... it's basically out of the question for me. Heh.

This sounds a lot like symptoms of Sensory Integration Dysfunction, a common condition comorbid with Dyspraxia.

Yeah, it's one of the worst things ever. With this CO2 shortage thing in Europe at the moment, I wonder if we're going to run out of coke. :P

Re: Thought I'd post a bit more of my music

Hi I was listen to your music and songs. I was feel little bit influence of Phillip Glass . I feel this kind of relaxation like when you swimming under water. I like mostly instrumental music cause singing for me destroying background of music. So I more prefer this instrumental composition. I wond...

Re: Why are people so mean

Why are people on here so mean. I posted about me having friends that are 16-18 year old girls on yahoo. They are in my group, I go to college. I have been on a trip abroad with them so what is wrong with actually being kind and hanging out with them when they didn't even have a problem. What do pe...

Average IQ of Dyspraxics

Hey everyone. One thing I've noticed in perusing this forum is that pretty much everybody seems really articulate and clever. I was wondering if this was a trend of note, or if it's just my own biases creeping in to my thought process. I definitely don't consider myself intelligent, just to be clear...
