Sorry to hear about your current troubles OP. To add on to what Nath said, I would recommend you practise meditation. Try and sit at a comfy spot, close your eyes and be conscious of nothing more than your breathing (in...out...in...out etc). If any other thought arises, keep focused on your breathi...
