Really need to try out some healthier alternatives, I ve been experimenting with a few dietary supplements to see if that makes things a bit easier. 5-htp, l tyrosine, theanine, st john s wort etc. They re all supposed to contribute to serotonin or dopamine levels in the brain so might be a way of ...

My main way of trying to be a bit more sociable & outgoing seems to be drinking alcohol, so meeting up with people in pubs etc.. That s probably not a very healthy pattern of behaviour, but it s difficult to see a way out of it.. I don t really like spending lots of time in a group, during the day ...

Edinburgh social group ??

Would be great to meet up with a few other people who can identify with some of the problems associated with dyspraxia. I m not sure if opportunities like that might be a bit thin on the ground where I live tho ? ? Would be good just to meet some like-minded people on the same sort of wavelength :)
