Re: Meltdowns and sensory overload

I seem to have the same issue but for me it always ends up with me in tears, this can be embarrassing. so at the moment I'm making a note of how many days a month that I cry.

Re: Struggling with budgeting

I'm exactly the same.

Something that's helped me has been giving my mum my debit/credit cards, slip that I am only carrying cash in my purse. It was a bit odd at first but it has really made me appreciate the value of money!

Re: Anyone else have low muscle tone and bad back pain?

hiya,
I have low muscle tone but I don't have a particularly painful back, I would ess suggest having a light massage or possibly visiting an Osteopath May give you some light exercises.
Hope that helps.

dining chair cushions,

I just wondered if anyone knew of any special seat cushion things that will stay attached to the chair? unfortunately I don't distribute my weight to the chair radially and this makes all the straps break from the dining chairs.

thanks in advance

Re: muscle spasms in legs

I get the occasional spasm of the leg, but for me I used to work in a job where I had to walk up to 20 miles per day, and yea it hurts at first but for me it was just about overcoming the issue.

hypermobility?

it means that my muscles and tendons are more flexible than most people's. So I was wondering if this is common with dyspraxia?
