I'm no expert , but I advise against those horrible box graters and instead get a handheld one. Practice the strokes slowly at first and in a straight line. You can also tilt it to your own comfort.

I just wanted to enquire to whether anyone else on this forum experiences discomfort in a room they have rented in a tennancy agreement . I'm not at all a rower, but had been inclinded to use the rowing machine when I used to gym a few times a week (this was 2 years ago) and beat personal bests etc. Recently though when I did a Sailing Certificate I was asked to do a dinghy trial! Great advice above! I'ts a time of day I cannot bare !! I would recommend an Olympus dictaphone, but instead of next to the lecturer maybe sit at the front of the theatre and buy an additional mic for it which plugs into the front, this will combat the background noise. I ask you to keep the ...
