Jogging
So I've been jogging with my sister and her friend. I jogged for a short time over a year ago. They're both quite good for people that have never jogged before, and I'd thought I would have been on equal terms with them as I hadn't done it in over a year and they're never done it but they are so ...

Re: Sudden/overwheming urge to sleep
Sorry for not replying in so long! Had sooo much going on! Maybe. I do find that I'm quite childish when it comes to the children, maybe that's why they love me haha. I really don't know why she growled at me, my manager thought it was hilarious. I always tried comforting her when she was upset, I ...

Re: Sudden/overwheming urge to sleep
Yeah, I struggle with the word no too, but luckily they don't actually ask me :P Aww, that's good that you feel a part of his home :) I guess you could say that's your home, if it feels like home to you :) You've gotta put your clothes somewhere I guess! :P I'm a play assistant so I just help the 2 ...

Re: Sudden/overwheming urge to sleep
She's not so bad, she normally pays me back. Maybe not when originally planned but she always gives me a good reason. My other sister on the other hand owes me £30 but I don't think I'll be getting that back to be honest, it's not like I have bills and what not -.- (sarcasm haha) I have a collegue ...

Re: Sudden/overwheming urge to sleep
I agree. So many people owe me money! Lending is so hard to control. I leant my sister over £50 the other day and she already owed me £26. She now owes me another £9 on top! I too struggle to control my spendings. I know what I can and can't afford but I just can't help it :/ I'm broke as we speak! I ...

Re: Difficulty with Sounds
I don't know what it is with background noise. Maybe it's the concentration levels someone of us have to put in to focus on something that it just seems irritating. I know that I have an issue with people talking when I'm watching something as I can't 'concentrate' enough to hear it. I try not to ...

Re: Delayed development
In all difficulties/disabilities everyone is different.
Some children struggle to walk etc maybe (or maybe not) due to dyspraxia. And some walk fine.
It's best not to over think it really

Re: Sudden/overwheming urge to sleep
Yes, you don't need a book to ride a bike! I have tried, but not enough I guess. Joblets ha I like that. Maybe I should make joblets :P I don't become overwhelmed as such, I just daydream so much. It's always been an issue with me! Jobs at work are fine, but at home it's just impossible. I rarely ...

Re: Sudden/overwheming urge to sleep
That's good that you get a bus pass :) I'm guessing that makes life easier! I haven't tried learning how to drive yet so we've yet to know how that goes! Although, I don't know if I'd be a big fan of driving. I think I'd rather be driven anyway. Funnily enough, that's the book I ordered. Got it ...

Re: Sudden/overwheming urge to sleep
Hi :) Yeah, concentrations hard isn't it. If only everyone knew how hard it was for us. You're lucky ha we can't do that here but we could take it easy if we wanted. Not going to be easy tomorrow as I've got a one to one with a child all morning so I'm going to be drained following him around. Then ...

Re: Difficulty with Sounds
Phones ringing, doors knocking. It's not the sound that bugs me, it's merely answering the phone/door! I never answer them. You'd think I hated people haha Sounds I hate... People slapping their lips. I try to endure it when it's people who I can't tell to pack it in! But it's gotten to a point ...

Training Course Homework
So happy that I've finished all of my homework for my work training course. Hope my tutor wasn't too surprised that I handed her a heap of portfolio work that I had to catch up with! Now I've finished the rest, I can rest easy :) It's not easy for me to hand things in appropriately. I'm an ...

Working lunch
So it was a little hectic last Friday during lunch time. I was told by my manager today that my collegye had complained that last Friday 'she did everything'. I couldn't at all remember 'what I did' last Friday so I asked her on Facebook a little while ago to remind me, I also asked my collegue who ...

Re: Children with headlice
Moderator hat removed. Also, could any complaint have the unwanted effect of taking resources away from more critical children's services? I'm not sure about what would happen really. Getting people to complain or talking to the local papers is a bit difficult for me. But I could ask my sister to ...

Re: Dyspraxia and smiling
I've had a lot of practise with smiling so it's not so bad for me. I used to watch americas next top model a lot and practise 'posing' a lot when I was younger. Plus my Jamaican side of the fam happen to smile with their teeth mainly and so do I. But I'm quite open minded in how I think (not the ...
