Re: Do others have these problems with dyspraxia?

Hi, I know what you are talking about with a lot of these things. I dont have a car, but if I go camping and there's lots of tents there, I find it hard to pick out which one I'm staying in! I have to really really concentrate when I'm going away from it and coming back to it! My sense of direction ...

Re: does anyone find this a problem?

Yeah I do this.
Somewhere in the back of my mind, I know that I've said it before but I feel the need to say it again.
It drives my boyfriend mad!

Re: 'walking straight'

I cant walk straight at all.
My right foot curves inwards when I walk therefore one side of my right shoe always gets worn down very quickly.

Re: I'm at war...

I remember having a battle with a binding machine in my last job. We actually had 2 of them and the one that everyone else found easier to use, was the one I found really difficult. I ended up telling my boss I was dyspraxic and found it difficult to use it. Thank God, he understood cos he's dyslexi...

Reading and Writing

Hey (hope this is in the right place, moderators please feel free to move it if not!) Anyways, recently (well since I've left school almost 2 yrs ago) I've noticed that my reading and writing has taken a turn for the worst. At school, up until about the age of 14, I was a messy writer....but then I ...

Re: Telephone Conversations

I hate using the phone. In my job, I have to use the phone a lot and I seem to be okay if its me making an outbound call, cos then I'm prepared with all my information and what I'm gonna say. I often all the information wrote down on paper and the questions that they may ask me. But if its an inboun...

Re: Table manners

My table manners are hopeless! I cant seem to use a knife and fork together and in the right hands. My fork usually ends up in the right hand, it just feels more comfortable there for me! Also, if we're in a restaurant or a hotel, and there's 2-3 sets of knifes and forks in front of me, I can never ...

Re: do u find it hard 2 find work

I tried applying for part-time evening/weekend shop jobs a few yrs ago when I was at school. But I always found myself completely freezing or stammering my way through questions in an interview situation. I never got anywhere with any of these jobs. When I left school with 3 okay-ish A Levels, I kep...

Just dyspraxia as far as I'm aware of (I do have mild asthma and hayfever though)
