Yasmin
Dyspraxia exaggerated by yasmin? Does anyone have any experience of this? I am on it because of spots, but since about 2 weeks ago (started around 4 weeks) I feel that my co-ordination has got even worse than it is already! Lets put it this way: Today I: 1) Smashed a glass 2) knocked over a glass 3)...

Home OT Assement on tuesday...what to expect?
Hi everyone,
I am having a home OT assement on tuesday to try and find out what support I need for uni - what can I expect? Will it be similar to the one I had nearly two years ago with the weird pegs in the box?
Thanks in advance

I am applying to ucas to study web design. I am so confused! It says loads of things and dyspraxia can come into so many of them! psychologist assement- what to expect?
Hi guys,
I thought I would tell you that for my uni help I have to have a up-to-date pschologist assement, and my mum is just arranging an appt, and I just wondered, what should I expect?
How long do they last? What do I do? What do they do?

Re: Official Diagnoses?
Thanks C! I have dug out the report and I got 90 on the performance and 113 on the verbal thing. However, one thing I found strange is I actually did quite well on the block design- 83rd percentile...eh? Am I a strange exception? However, I know my processing speed isn't that great, and so is my STM...

Re: Official Diagnoses?
Hello Ruby (it's Charlotte from dyspraxic teens in case you didn't know) My most recent diagnosis is non verbal learning disorder (or NVLD) after my diagnostic assessment at Uni. I'd never really had a 'full' assessment before and the results were that my verbal skills are average and my 'performan...

Re: Hi!
Thanks! Tis always good to learn something new! I'll take some of your sense of smell issues - I pretty much don't have one, being plagued with nasal polyps, so I'll swap you, if you like ;) Only stuff I can smell is (bizarrely enough) fruit and poo! What a combination! Nah, I'll pass lol! It is qu...
