You forget that its a pay on foot carpark and have to ask you passenger to go and pay as this is easier than reversing :-)

Hi Steve, Do you have a diagnosis? As it sounds like you may have ADHD, in an interview situation or where there is novelty it is easier to maintain attention than in the routine hum drum of work, are there any ways you can introduce more novelty into your work as this may increase your focus altern...

When I remember to use it a page a day diary is really useful so things I hope to get done today go on today, and things that need to be done by a certain date can be planned in!

Hi Macey, From your description, your daughter sounds like she may have sensory integrative dysfunction, there are excellent OTs dealing with this in the US, you may want to look up Susanne Smith-Roley (she taught me on PG cert in sensory integration and praxis), Zoe Mailloux or Diane Parham and ask...

Sorry just read the above it sounds like a rant! I think I wed feeling frustrated at the NHS still trying to think about how to work smarter because I definitely feel like I can't work harder!
