I complusively pick my nails and the skin around them. Always there and you can't forget to take them with you when you go out. Not that I'd recommend it as an option though, I often have sore and bleeding fingers!

Hi all, I strongly suspect that I have dyspraxia. I'm 35 and have only just started to put all the pieces together.
