I complusively pick my nails and the skin around them. Always there and you can't forget to take them with you when you go out. Not that I'd recommend it as an option though, I often have sore and bleeding fingers!

Hi all, I strongly suspect that I have dyspraxia. I'm 35 and have only just started to put all the pieces together. It's been triggered by my recent attempts to drive and then trying to pick apart why it is that I can't do what comes so easily to everybody else! There are many other signs of course ...
