Re: assessment for dyspraxia biased against highly educated

Hmmm, I felt that my symptoms aligned perfectly with dyspraxia but recently, I got a diagnosis for PDD-NOS which is in the Autism spectrum. I don't know if the psychologist remembered to test me for dyspraxia though since the main focus seemed to be ADHD. At the end, I was diagnosed with a form of a...

Re: Yesterday....

Well, luckily I know of them and their Facebook page and that you came along and got me to remember they were an organization. Re: Chris from Across the Pond!

Thanks Moo, I know right, it was long! XD And yeah, you're right Tim, as much as modern medicine can interest me, it's not what I'd consider my "calling", but I do see the fact that I probably have dyspraxia as a key to understand how to learn better, a good thing at my age I figure. :3 Bu...

Chris from Across the Pond!

I don't know if it's sheer coincidence but I just happened to search a favorite artist of mine (Florence) and saw that she suffered from something called Dyspraxia. So of course, like with a bunch of other things, I look up stuff that's unfamiliar to me and long story short, here I am tonight (it's ...
