Re: Potato peeling
I used to find it difficult, but then i bought a longer peeler that was shaped so i had a good grasp.Avoid using a sharp knife to peel food as they are less flexiable and harder to control!

Re: Physical/mental disraxic traits
Dyspraxia expresses itself differently in each individual.A lot of people that suffer from dyspraxia have cross-overs with other linked conditions (adhd, aspergers, dyslexia) which explains the mixture of problems. It sounds like you have dyspraxia\dyslexic and have issues mainly relating to your proce...

Re: ANYONE HAVE A NYSTAGMUS WITH THERE DYSPRAXIA
Indeed you could be right. I have a stigmatism in both eyes, both of my eyes have poor muscle control and one eye is a lot weaker than the other. I used to close my left eye so that I could read because I would be looking at two different things because my eyes were looking two different directions...

I remember this was always a huge issue!! I have learnt ways realistically over the last 4 years or so how to cope with telling left from right, but it still takes a lot of thought and effort. Re: Are dyspraxics considered vulnerable ?
Reffering to vunerable, do you mean to themselves or by others? I don't consider myself vunerable. But some severe cases of dyspraxia also have sensory intergration disorder, which might them more vunerable. I have very strict rules between right and wrong so i think im quite cautious in everyday li...

Re: expressing yourself
It's a common dyspraxia problem, i believe.
The pathways between the mouth and brain are a little disconnected, so it might come out a bit scattered.
I find if i have a patient person, when i momentairly lose my train of thought, a quick prompt is sometimes all i need!

Personally i find it difficult if i just purely engage in conversation, my brain cant think of new ideas\topics to bring up. So having something in common with new people y...
