I think I may have trouble memorising information, especially at university.
I write information repeatedly until I can memorise theorems etc.

Practice makes perfect (or at least leads to improvement). Practice with a friend and record or videotape your responses so you can replay the interview and see how well you did. Prepare answers to commonly asked interview questions. Doing so will help you analyze your background and qualifications ...

Avoid using hair styling products with alcohol which dries out hair.
Avoid puting hair styling products directly on your scalp; if you put it on your scalp you'll clog the pores on your head.
Hot air can be damaging to your hair so when using a hair dryer use the cool setting.

It will make you feel better. Honestly, and I am the first to admit this, the gym sucks sometimes. But you have to troop through it and just do it. It will get easier. And eventually it really will make you feel better (or atleast happier).
