i do have experiance with ritalin, and it did help, but i got exactly the same benefit from being allowed to fidget quietly. sorry, cant help with the others.

when i get that, its normally combined with sensory overload, or meltdown, so im sure if it is truly a panic attack, or just part of other things, but i feel like you describe. i find the best thing to do is to have something to eat, and rest for a bit, i sleep if i can, but i know its normally hard...
