I'm worse if there's alot going on but have frontdoor keys scattered far and wide - neighbours friends etc. that way when I do forget there's usually someone around to let me back in....the trick is to remember to give them back the key!!!!!!!

I get very tired too - it's part of the reason i only work part time!! I've discovered a suplement called co-enzyme Q10 which is supposed to help energy transfer within your cells - it seems to work for me but only at a high dose - 200mg/day. My husband took a 30mg one once and was buzzing for hours...

Oh had a GREAT day today - turns out I have a severe ear infection (yuck) even the doctor said 'my goodness' when she looked in my ear!!! Went to get my prescription - didn't have purse - left prescription at pahrmacy went home to get purse ...couldn't find purse then realised couldn't find phone!!!...

oooh I do the twitchy twitch alot!! never occured me to link it to Dyspraxia - i take pronanalol which controls it if it's bad Best one at the moment is left toes walking around on their own!! it looks WEIRD! seems to me that any muscle at any time can decide to twitch - it;'s also REALLY tiribg aft...
