Do buzzing fridges, ticking clocks, computer running noises bother anyone else? Sticky hands, wet hands, dry hands. They drive me insane and i seem to be particulalry sensitive to all those sensations. I prefer to eat really juicy fruit like nectarines with a knife and fork, which gets me odd looks but i think i'm past caring about those

I only learnt to swim a few years ago, I was rubbish at it but one thing I had over the other learners was lack of fear. I wasn't afraid of the water, I just couldn't get my limbs co-ordinated to learn the strokes! I had a really good teacher who instead of forcing me to try and learn a set stroke ...

Weirdly, although I experience the same problem of not being able to concentrate on a conversation when there's background music, this has led to me loving going to nightclubs. It's so loud so noone expects you to make conversation (hurrah, i'm not considered stand-offish for once!) and in the crowd ...
