I know there is one in Leicester .
Its called remploy.
Their slogan is putting ability first .
I don't know whether they are nationwide though

verbal instructions are the worst.i always get really anxious about forgetting them. when i had my assesment the ed psych said that my brain is basically like a really good pc with a really bad processor. unfortunatly there's no upgrades for brains!

I'm better at shutting my brain off now then i was when i was younger but it does keep me awake particularly the last couple of months


i get sleep paralysis too. its horrible. i can only sleep with the light on now
which doesn't give me much quality of sleep

absolutely.
its really hard. things just tend to pile up until its awful . then i have to clean for ages . then its lovely and the whole cycle starts again.
can't seem to ever do that doing a little bit all the time thing . however hard i try
