Re: Could I achieve this dream and how do I convince my mother t

Wrote my reply to this post in another section of the forum and have just realised that this one is far more active... so here it is again: Hi Amy, Sorry if I haven't got all of your details right - I frequently find difficulty in reading large blocks of informative text. My name is Tom, I am ...

Re: Dyspraxia and Paranoia

I certainly suffer from anxiety, wish worsens with stress - as it has a tendency to do. I think that if I wasn't careful I would find it easy to slip in to becoming rather paranoid. At the same time I am aware that I am often over sensitive and whilst this is far from as bad as it used to be, I am ...

Re: short fuses

I do have a short temper on occasion. Over the years I have managed to fairly successfully curb this problem. Re: Dyspraxic and...?

Dyspraxic, asthmatic, suffer from anxiety, eyes don't work in unison, bad foot posture from childhood walking issues often give me tendonitis. Some of my teachers also used to think I might have synesthesia, but I don't even know if there is a test for that, or that it's necessarily a bad thing.

Re: socalising

I used to go out quite a lot in my teens and now I've kind of reverted - I find meeting new people very stressful if I'm in the wrong frame of mind - it can cause me a great deal of anxiety on several levels. Even if see people I know in the street, unless I know them very well, I will often pretend ...

Re: Could I achieve this dream and how do I convince my mother t

Hi Amy, Sorry if I haven't got all of your details right - I frequently find difficulty in reading large blocks of informative text. My name is Tom, I am dyspraxic to a moderate level - something which wasn't spotted until I was 20 and at Uni - I am now 25. I don't if what I have to say will help ...
